Many shops just rent random boats daily. Ownership means they control the engine maintenance, the captain's training, and the emergency O2 onboard.

Komodo currents are real. A guide cannot safely watch 6 or 8 divers. The safety standard is 4 divers per guide maximum.
3. Hidden Costs?
