What's Included in Your Komodo Diving Package
Day Trips (Daily Diving)
- Breakfast at "Le Resto" (3rd floor of our resort).
- Lunch, snacks, drinking water, coffee & tea on the boat.
- PADI guide (maximum 4:1 ratio).
- Tanks & weights.
- Free Nitrox (for certified divers – see conditions below).
- Full equipment rental (3 mm wetsuit included).
- Komodo National Park fees (mandatory – see details below).
- Harbour transfer (our resort is only 5 minutes' walk from the harbour).
- Tips for the crew and guides.
Liveaboard (Shenron)
- Free Nitrox (for certified divers).
- Full board (all meals and snacks).
- Drinking water, coffee & tea.
- All scheduled dives (up to 4 per day, conditions permitting).
- Tanks, weights & PADI guide (maximum 4:1 ratio).
- Internet connection on board (Starlink at only 150,000 Rp per trip).
- Komodo National Park fees (mandatory – see details below).
- Airport/hotel transfers: not included (75,000 Rp in Labuan Bajo area only).
- Full equipment set (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask & fins, dive computer): 25 $/day
- Beers, soft drinks & wine: available for purchase on board.
- Tips for the crew and guides.
Transparent Fees & Extras
Komodo National Park Fees (Mandatory)
These fees are mandatory, set by Indonesian authorities, and must be paid separately in cash (IDR) on the day of your dive. It is not legal for dive operators to include them directly in quoted prices.
- National Park entrance fee (per day): 275,000 IDR
- Harbour access surcharge (per person): 25,000 IDR (paid via QR code at the harbour)
Total per diver / per day: 300,000 IDR (approximately $19 USD)
Pro tip: ATMs are available in Labuan Bajo, but we recommend withdrawing cash the day before your dive trip to avoid any delays.
Nitrox Policy
- On Shenron Liveaboard: Free Nitrox for certified divers.
- On Day Trips: Nitrox included for certified divers.
- Note: A "first come, first served" policy applies if our maximum filling capacity is reached on a given day.
Equipment Rental & Extras
For Day Trips:
- A full set of standard equipment (BCD, regulator, 3mm wetsuit, mask, fins, and dive computer) is included in the price.
Upgrades & Extras (available for rent):
- 5mm Wetsuit upgrade: 100.000 IDR / day
- Shearwater Peregrine dive computer: 100,000 IDR / day
- Dive torch / underwater light: 100,000 IDR / day
- GoPro Hero 13: 100,000 IDR / day
For Liveaboard (Shenron):
- Full equipment set (BCD, reg, wetsuit, mask, fins, computer): 25 $ / day
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Our Policy
- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.
If you cancel your booking:
- More than 7 days before arrival: the 50% deposit is forfeited (no refund).
- 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total amount is due (no refund possible).
We strongly recommend purchasing travel and dive insurance that covers cancellation, delays, and medical expenses.

Your Questions Answered
Can I pay Komodo National Park fees by credit card?
No. Currently, these fees must be paid in cash (Indonesian Rupiah) according to park regulations. ATMs are available in Labuan Bajo, but we recommend withdrawing cash the day before your trip.
Is Nitrox guaranteed on every dive?
Nitrox is free or included for certified divers as per our policy above, but subject to availability and filling capacity. In very rare cases we may need to switch you to air for operational or safety reasons.
Are tips included in the price?
No. Tips are not included and are entirely at your discretion. However, they are highly appreciated by our local crew and guides who work hard to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
What equipment is provided for day trips?
All standard equipment is included: BCD, regulator, 3mm wetsuit, mask, fins, and dive computer. You can rent extras like a 5mm wetsuit, GoPro, or dive torch.
How far is your resort from the harbour?
Dragon Dive Komodo resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes' walk from the harbour, making early morning departures easy and stress-free.
