This is the perfect first step for anyone new to scuba diving. The PADI Open Water course requires no prior experience and gives you all the skills and confidence to dive independently.
Worldwide Certification
After completing the course, you'll receive your official PADI Open Water certification, valid for life and around the world — allowing you to dive up to 18 meters.
Course Content
The program includes theory (online or with an instructor), a pool session to learn the basics, and 4 open water dives in the stunning Komodo National Park.
Requirements
Minimum age: 10 years. Ability to swim 200m and float for 10 minutes. Medical form required – download it here.

Prior Arrival: Online Course
Start your PADI Open Water course directly online on your Android or iOS device after registration.
Day 1: Pool Session
Begin your diving adventure in the pool. Practice essential skills and exercises in a controlled environment to build confidence and prepare for open water dives.
Day 2
Complete two course dives at 12 meters in Komodo. Enjoy an extra fun dive to enhance your experience while exploring Komodo's vibrant marine life.
Day 3
Complete two course dives at 18 meters with Dragon Dive Komodo. Celebrate your progress with one extra fun dive and discover Komodo's stunning reefs.
