Komodo offers diving all year, but conditions vary by season. Here's a breakdown to help you plan your adventure:
Rainy season, fewer boats. Best for South Komodo & Padar, cooler water, mantas frequent; gorgeous soft corals & macro.
Transition into peak for North & Central: calmer seas, blooming reefs, improving visibility.
Dry-season peak. Stronger currents in the North for epic drifts; excellent visibility. Mantas are more elusive at this time of year — you’ll need a bit of luck to spot them.
Warm water, fewer crowds; mantas return south. One of the best windows to explore all regions.

Our Komodo liveaboard packages include: private cabin accommodation, all meals onboard, 3–4 dives daily with experienced guides, tanks, weights, and Nitrox for certified divers. Komodo National Park entrance fees are paid separately upon arrival.
We maintain a maximum of 8 guests to ensure personalized service, safety, and flexibility. Ideal for photographers and for visiting less crowded dive sites.
Yes! We provide Nitrox (EAN32) at no extra charge for certified divers on liveaboard, and it’s available on day trips. Nitrox certification courses are also offered at our PADI dive center.
Komodo diving is excellent year-round, but conditions vary: April–November often gives calmer seas and great visibility in the north. December–March brings cooler, plankton-rich waters to the south, with frequent manta encounters. We adjust itineraries to conditions.
Fly to Labuan Bajo (LBJ) via Bali, Jakarta, Surabaya or Kuala Lumpur & Singapore. We’re located in central Labuan Bajo, ~10 minutes from the airport. Airport transfers can be arranged; we recommend arriving a day before departure.
Absolutely! While Komodo has challenging sites, there are many beginner-friendly locations. Our PADI dive center offers Open Water courses and we match sites to experience level.
